I would suggest you try and do less fan art, art should really be a personnal thing, your own creations coming to life.

Though for simpson fan art, this is one of the best ive seen in a while.

I would suggest centering the text, at the moment it is a little to the right, well it looks like it to me

Art is a personal thing, and I would never put something like this up in a gallery. The Simpsons stuff is just for fun while I work on larger projects that take more time, like my 'senses' series, which is entirely photorealistic. Although I still could say that this is art, because I do create it from scratch. I have to hand draw every line and paint every color. If I was rendering or just throwing random numbers into a fractal program, I definately wouldn't call that art, because I wouldn't be doing the work myself, I would be letting a program do all the work for me.
Or if I was just walking around taking random pictures with my camera, I wouldn't post that and call it art, How many people do you know that DON'T have a camera? I've taken some great pictures, but I wouldn't call myself a photographer simply because I have a camera.
And I think I make some of the best Simpsons fanart out there, especially on this site, so I don't feel like I'm doing a disservice to the creators or the fans.

one thing that slightly is out of touch with the rest of the pic is the horizon on the water...i reckon it should be blurred like the rest of the background. but only my opinion **shrug, who knows
