MY FIRST DEVIATION!
I've been Photoshopping for years now, but I've only recently started airbrushing/ photorealism. This was done in Photoshop CS and took about 25 hours. WITH A MOUSE! A.K.A. NO TABLET! IT IS POSSIBLE! Although I will get a tablet soon enough. I did use a reference, but this is all original, all brushing, and only a few layers (background, face, eyeball, and hair).
Thanks to everyone who posts tutorials and responds to questions! I will be creating some tutorials in the future, so keep an eye out.
Enjoy and ROLL TIDE!

Wow! I love the smoothness people can get with digital art. This composition is right up my alley---it's simple and bold, but my favorite part is the hair--magnificent stuff, guy! :D

Only with a mouse, eh? Tablet or no, this is very impressive. The eye is the most intriguing! :D
